I am a CAPM-certified project manager with a passion for process improvement and workflow optimization. My experience includes project coordination, client escalation management, logistics, and operations management with Cigna Healthcare's specialty pharmaceutical division (CuraScriptSD). Prior to working with Cigna, I worked in banking and finance for a total of about 4 years at Bank of America and Dade County Federal Credit Union (these are not listed on my resume, but I'm happy to furnish any pertinent details). Currently, I'm enjoying my work as a freelance project manager and business consultant, which has allowed me to partner with small business owners in strategic planning and project coordination.
