Hi! my name is Caren Joy Resuelo, and I am an expert in Customer Service. I have been in call-center industry for 2 years. My duty is to provide excellent customer service, by doing so, I always make sure to create a win-win situation for the company and for the customer. I am from billing and sales department. We sell cable,phone and data service, we answer billing question through calls and chat. After that I decided to work from home as an Appointment Setter, I'm instructed to call prospects and getting hold of their CEO,Manager, Business Owners to get insurance for their employees. I also worked as a telemarketer/ Sales Agent . As a telemarketer I worked in Credit Repair Company, Forex Trading (trade360) and Direct TV.
