I'm currently looking for a remote working position which includes, but is not limited to, direct client relationship management, workflow organization, providing training/hands-on help, assisting with day-to-day product queries and planning up-sell/renewals opportunities. My recent experience is with a SaaS company called Sprinklr as Senior Managed Services Consultant.
In my last position, I spent the majority of my time on-boarding new clients, providing training, configuring & optimising software, managing the services/support teams and building client-brand relationships. I've worked with various companies including Nestle, Uber, Nordea Bank, Schneider Electric, Asics and more. Out of all of my clients, 90% of them renewed and 50% ended up signing up for an up-sell/cross-sell within just one year.
I really enjoy getting to know a product/service and building relationships with my clients to better understand their needs. I believe that this is the best position to ensure success and initiate opportunities for growth with any account. I'm looking for a position that would include these elements and allow me to continue to learn in a fast-paced & competitive environment.
