As a virtual assistant and a freelancer, I fully understand the importance of taking care of someone's business. As much as I value my job, my priority is to provide satisfactory service to my employer and ensure the growth of the company.

I've been doing online freelancing for a little over 4 years. Prior to this, I used to be a Customer Service Representative for Amazon UK and was promoted to be a Subject Matter Expert in just less than 2 years. I've been awarded twice as a Top Performer for both Chat and Email Support for the said account. Also, I had developed fluency in the English language both written and verbal. Hence, totally giving an assurance that I can perform with excellence in the field. I mastered the perfect approach to handling customer complaints, escalations and monitored the whole account's service level.

After Amazon ended its contract with our call center company, I ventured into online freelancing. I started as a VA for an E-commerce store and was promoted as a Manager by the same employer. As the business progresses, I was tasked to handle Human Resources and Hiring.

I've been trained to several tools that I believe are very essential such as Canva, Camtasia, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Stripe, ClickFunnels, Shopify, Slack and a lot more.
