Currently working as an executive Managerial Virtual assistant for more than 3 years for a Title /Real Estate/Brokerage Executive. Has experience working on CRM tools such as PIPEDRIVE and Mojo Dialer. Well verse with Google spreadsheet, Google voice and Excel. 

I have home based job experience as an Appointment setter for a Real Estate Brokerage and a Lead Generator for Home refinancing company, my main task is doing outbound calls to qualify Leads (customers) and transfer to a licensed agent.

I have almost 7 years experience with customer service and technical support both voice and non- voice (chat) support for Comcast internet and cable service with sales background for inbound and outbound calls.
