Camille Esperanza Ocampo

I am Camille Esperanza M. Ocampo, 31 years old, Single, presently living in 43A Venice Street, Better Living Subdivision, Don Bosco, Paranaque City. I weigh 120 lbs. and my height is 5'4". I am a Filipino. My philosophy in life is that I can and will.

I studied Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at Lyceum of the Philippines University in Intramuros, Manila from 2006 to 2010. I also studied a one (1) term Nursing Course at San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation in Pasay City from June 2006 to October 2006. I finished High School at Marinduque National High School in 2006. I can speak and write English and Filipino (Tagalog) fluently. I can confidently operate a computer for word processing and internet surfing.

I was exposed in my on-the-job training as Front Desk and Receptionist at Lyceum of the Philippines University that helped me enhance my skills in handling customer assistance, and solving some customer related problems. I worked as an Assistant Secretary for eight (8) months at Mercado Builders, a Construction Company in Pasig City where in I was exposed to attending to telephone calls, filing documents, computer works and assisting clients and suppliers. I worked with a local Airline Company (Cebu Pacific Air, Inc.) for 3 years as a Customer Service Agent that lead me to being an Arrival Duty Supervisor, this enhanced my communication skills more and exposed me to more challenging scenarios in handling customers. At present, I am a Flight Attendant with Philippine Airlines and have been with the company for 5 years. This application has been unexpected since this pandemic has caused all business establishments to go through hard times and we too shall adapt to these changes.

I am cheerful and patient. I have a positive outlook in life and I adapt to other cultures easily and hope I will be given the opportunity to prove this.
