A young highly driven professional who has a solid 5 years in Outsourcing Industry doing various and complex clerical and administrative tasks are not easy. My extensive experience has been the key for me to gain a great business judgment, which is essential for me to perform any task assigned exceptionally. Having the skill set, I have cultivated my knowledge in identifying and addressing performance and developmental opportunities.

As a young achiever, I still consider my self as a fresh-blood though confident enough to handle administrative tasks both Voice and Back-End processing and develop a way on how to fully enhance my skills.
