I’m highly proficient in handling customer support, designing and performing a range of admin assistant and operational tasks such as updating records and status reports, handling confidential information, effectively processing urgent matters and notifying the appropriate department, and organizing documents in our CRM. Other than that, I know I am organized, perseverant, responsible, meticulous and I am quite good at my time management and multitasking skills. There have been several times wherein my efforts and my work ethics have been recognized.
