As a part of my masters, I completed a dissertation based on consumer's luxury patterns where I achieved a 1.1 grade, this ignited my interest for consumer's buying patterns. MySkin.ie I worked alongside a start-up skincare company to create a marketing strategy in order to expand their reach all whilst sticking to a set budget. This involved working alongside the client for three months and developing a digital marketing strategy. This included creating social media accounts and the management of these. Also a complete rebrand including a new logo and website design. Kin Khao Thai I worked alongside a newly opened Thai restaurant that also was looking to expand their reach for three months. Their target market for this strategy revolved around students, therefore influencer marketing was the most suitable option. iConnect, September 2019 - Present My role as sales assistant has refined my technology sales skills. As the company is small and independently run, I have become an integral part of a close knit and multi-functional team. By working on a commission-based salary my sales skills developed as you have to be driven to succeed, push to achieve more, have excellent communication skills to reach commission targets. I have a strong passions for exceeding my sales targets and improving every month. My technical aptitude has advanced as I am required to use SAP ERP systems daily, and also help customers with their technology issues. O'Connell Consulting, January 2019 - September 2019 For 9 months I was a part of the administration team. I gained valuable experience from working in an office environment, due to a development of my interpersonal and administrative skills. My CRM skills developed as I was required to converse to clients and employees via email, phone call and face-to-face interactions.
