With eight years of professional experience and my recent work as a Client Support and Paralegal. Working with multiple legal documents, I had to ensure that all of my work was of the highest caliber to serve the clients correctly. I was also in regular contact with clients, either tracking their progress with a case or reassuring them, so I was able to develop my customer service and relationship-building skills. This experience has taught me that I can handle any situation with a customer in stride and with a positive attitude.

As a passionate communicator, I can handle the typically challenging conversations that come with Customer Service, while making sure that each customer experience is as smooth as possible. My keen observational skills help me to spot potential issues and address them in a timely manner. Furthermore, my exceptional problem-solving skills enable me to efficiently find an appropriate solution to any customer query.
