As a trained medical virtual assistant, I manage patient onboarding process, accuracy data entry in EMR/EHR systems, billing and insurance process, follow-up via calls, chats, emails and HIPAA compliance documentation across all platforms.

During my clinical posting as a student nurse, I assisted busy health care providers with patient documentation, scheduling medical check up appointments, patient intake documentation, demographic/ insurance verification, referral process and matching caregiver availability to patient’s needs.

In my previous role as an administrative assistant, I supported the CEO with calendar and email management, appointment scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation.
