Caleb Mobley

As CEO/General Manager of a real estate brokerage I worked with our 5 support staff members to find gaps in our transactional support, discuss solutions, and then implement with daily huddles. This is includes: Escrow Process, Compliance, Training, Coaching. We started with 124 associates, and ranked #11 in the state for units sold. On my last day we had 185 sales associates, and ranked #2 in the state of Connecticut for units sold. I think I am particularly proud of the internal growth, and managing exponential growth. 

Not including work I spend time with my family, often outdoors and traveling to secluded and metro hot spots in the US. Most recently Philadelphia, Washington DC, Catskills in NY, Berkshire Mountains in Mass, and more. I am heavily involved in our community mentoring young men, and I run operations for our church's flagship location which sees on average 800 attendees. We just had our first child, Judah, and he is great.
