• I work in the customer service industry for more than seven years now. I supported a cable and internet
company by email (Outlook) and chat (Skype). I now work as a project manager for more than three years. I
receive orders from the Sales team then I provision these orders until they are accepted by the end-users. I
make sure that addresses and other order details are correct. I mediate communications between access
vendors and customers. I periodically check for updates from the vendors via email and online portals and give
these updates to the customers while making sure that vital information is contained and kept confidential. I
initiate vendor meet-ups and tag-and-locate tickets when issues arise. I schedule conference calls for activation
with the access vendor, third-party provider, end-user, and the on-site engineer.
