I mediate communications between access vendors and customers. I periodically check for updates from the vendors via email and online portals and give these updates to the customers while making sure that vital information is contained and kept confidential.
I initiate vendor meet-ups and tag-and-locate tickets when issues arise. I schedule conference calls for activation with the access vendor, third-party provider, end-user, and the on-site engineer.
