At TaskUs and Alorica, I honed my expertise in customer engagement, technical troubleshooting, and communication tailored to diverse audiences. My work at Gaspy Home Health allowed me to contribute to a health-focused startup, where I optimized user experience and shaped bilingual support strategies. With Do It Impact and Highpto Billing, I expanded my skills in billing processes, documentation, and remote project management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in complex workflows.
