Hello, I’m Bruno Curado, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in technology and online security. Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, providing both physical and remote support. My expertise includes computer maintenance, software installation, system repairs, virus removal, and data recovery. My deep knowledge of Kali Linux and macOS has further enhanced my skills in online security, especially after experiencing online scams myself here in Brazil, which motivated me to dive even deeper into the field.

Beyond my technical expertise, I also have significant leadership experience. Currently, I serve as a team leader, where I manage a variety of tasks, including handling both outbound and inbound calls, drafting customer emails, reviewing call scripts, and onboarding new team members. My role also involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintaining an up-to-date CRM database, and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. This combination of technical proficiency and leadership has allowed me to create efficient and collaborative work environments while driving teams to deliver excellent results.

I hold certifications from Microsoft and a reputable Portuguese institution specializing in online security, further underscoring my commitment to ongoing professional development and the high standards I set for myself. These qualifications empower me to provide top-tier security solutions, helping both individuals and businesses safeguard their online presence against evolving threats.

In addition to my technical and leadership roles, I’m also passionate about making a positive impact on society. Recently, I launched a platform in the UK focused on bridging the communication gap between caregivers and the families of care recipients. This initiative fosters better collaboration and understanding, improving the caregiving experience for all involved. Furthermore, I am working on an e-book focused on Down syndrome, aimed at providing valuable insights for parents and caregivers, with a strong emphasis on inclusion.
