I’m a people-focused professional with over 10 years of experience in customer service, coordination, and administrative support, both in Brazil and internationally. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in dynamic environments such as Disney, Princess Cruises, and multinational corporations like ExxonMobil and Renault, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

I recently completed my MBA in Canada and am now seeking a new opportunity where I can continue to grow and contribute meaningfully. I thrive in roles where I can support teams and leaders behind the scenes — making operations smoother, communication clearer, and goals more achievable.

In my most recent roles, I’ve supported both clients and internal teams, managed high-volume logistics, and coordinated people and projects under tight deadlines. I’ve also led a team of 900 employees as a project and people coordinator, where I helped deliver high-impact results on a very short timeline. My strengths include multitasking, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership over my work.

What drives me most is helping people — whether it’s through making someone’s day easier, supporting their professional development, or ensuring processes run efficiently. I’m passionate about creating a positive, respectful work environment and always bring empathy, dedication, and curiosity to the table.

Now based in Vancouver with my wife and young son, I’m eager to find a position where I can build a long-term path, contribute to a meaningful mission, and grow alongside a team. I have a valid Canadian work permit and am available to work part-time or full-time, depending on the opportunity.
