Brita Loppnow

I have 8+ years in Human Resources. I am SHRM-CP certified (Society for Human Resource Management) and currently work in an HR role at a large consulting firm. I hold an M.B.A in HR concentrations (Strategic Leadership and Organizational Behavior). My HR specialities range from employee onboarding/offboarding, recruiting and job description creation, implementation of HRIS and ATS, designing employee programs and policies, along with an assortment of other HR related responsibilities. I help small to mid-size companies with their HR outsourcing needs and am an expert in HRO.
