Hi, my name is Brianne Lopez, and I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant since 2019. Over the past 5 years, I’ve supported U.S.-based clients across various industries, focusing on administrative tasks, customer service, email and chat support, and even credit repair services.
Before going virtual, I spent nearly 12 years working onsite in both U.S. and Australian call center companies. That experience taught me how to multitask efficiently and communicate clearly with clients across time zones. I also worked hands-on as a legal secretary at a law firm, where I managed court documents, scheduled hearings, and supported lawyers with their day-to-day needs.
As a VA, I’ve become highly proficient in tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. I’ve managed calendars, responded to emails, created detailed spreadsheets, handled CRM systems like White Label and Active Campaign, and even conducted discovery calls and webinars. I also enjoy the creative side of my work—designing marketing materials and social media content using Canva is something I’m passionate about.
What I love most about being a VA is helping business owners stay organized and focused while I handle the behind-the-scenes work.
