Following this, I joined a travel agency, Cartagena de Verdad, where I played a pivotal role in helping clients design and book their dream vacations. Currently, I am a senior agent at FoundEver for the Affirm campaign, where I handle email and phone support, mentor team members, and ensure efficient issue resolution. My experience has equipped me with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to adapt to diverse roles and responsibilities.
