· Over nine years of experience as a translator and assistant.
· Able to respond quickly to the needs of others or other departments and provide assistance.
· Experienced in customer support, data analysis, and searching.
· Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc for basic document processing.
· Proficient in SDL Trados, MemoQ, and Wordfast for translation.
· Proficient in Zoho Desk, Helpscout for customer support or project follow-up.
· Proficient in oral and written English and written Japanese.
