Hi, I’m Brian Jaranilla, a seasoned Virtual Assistant and Operations Support Specialist with over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, and 6 years specifically in the real estate sector. I’ve supported startups, property management firms, and executives in the U.S., helping streamline their operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

My journey started in customer service, where I learned the value of clear communication, empathy, and efficient problem-solving. Over the years, I transitioned into more specialized roles—supporting C-level executives, coordinating transactions, managing schedules, and assisting with both client-facing and back-end real estate tasks.

At Poplar Homes, a U.S.-based property management tech company, I led a cross-functional admin team, built internal processes, and handled customer retention strategies. I’ve also worked with other real estate businesses as a Transaction Coordinator, Sales Team Lead, and Virtual Assistant, where I was responsible for everything from CRM management and lead follow-ups to social media content creation and appointment setting.

I’m proficient in a wide range of tools and platforms, including Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, Trello, Asana, RingCentral, Podio, and Google Workspace. Whether it's setting up systems, communicating with clients, organizing files, or creating SOPs, I’m the kind of person who gets the job done with minimal supervision—and a calm, professional tone.

I’ve worked across EST and PST time zones, so I’m fully used to adapting my schedule to meet client needs. I also have experience with SEO, AI-generated content optimization, and designing visual materials for branded social media posts.
