I believe that when a company is genuinely excited about their products, the customer will be too. I know the value of using an informative and conversational tone that respects the intelligence of the customer and value of the product. Using my experience in logistics management, stock management and administrative assistance, I aim for a holistic copy experience across multiple channels that keeps up to date and relevant for brands and customers old and new.
Creating quality content and copy is one of the most satisfying things in the world to me. Entertaining while informing is one of the things that brings me a lot of joy. I have a non-traditional path to editing and creating content, I believe that my decade of experience bringing a product from conception to customer, with all the copy and content between, is a valuable asset and one that has uniquely suited me to providing innovative and adaptable solutions to problems.
As an avid researcher I’m not intimidated by encountering tasks or subjects I don’t immediately have familiarity with. When confronted with a process or problem my management or I don’t know, my first instinct is to find out what it is, learn it from top to bottom and add the knowledge to my toolbox.
When it comes to data, product and content management, I have a strong and tireless drive to improve processes so they’re efficient and effective, to ensure communication is clear and to manage and analyse data and deliver reports. My primary skills are centered in improving and building smart meta content and product structure, to streamline and improve processes for both front and back-end users.
