I've been with the BPO industry for more than 10 years from being a customer service representative, technical support and back office support. It helped me grow to be responsible, hardworking, diligent, trustworthy and reliable. I also value team work but can also work with minimal supervision.
I previously worked in Sutherland Philippines as a Case Manager for Lenovo Warranty Support. As a Case Manager, I do clean order management, answering emails - internal, customer-facing and client-facing. I called customers for status updates and if additional information are needed for their service orders. I also handled Lenovo Part Sales. I am processing bulk orders for business partners, processing refunds and returns, generating weekly and monthly sales report.
