I am Braven Dimaculangan, a home-based Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, Customer Support, and SEO Content Writer for a couple of months now.

I've written SEO-optimized website content, from the homepage to contact pages, blogs, Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify product descriptions.

I love managing the social media accounts of my clients. I make graphics, photo editing to make their posts pleasing to the eyes. But I believe that a good picture alone will not make an excellent impression on the audience; I make contents that will pique the customers' interests.

I’ve handled Social Media Pages for different niches such as digital marketing agencies, non-profit, fashion, cybersecurity, outsourcing, and e-commerce business.

I also make marketing strategies for my clients to boost their online presence. I am knowledgeable in using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.

I also specialize in customer support, email management, content creation, and virtual assistance.

I am also very active in social media websites like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linked In, and Twitter. As a VA, I have completed tasks using websites and software such as Trello, Slack, Canva, Power Director, Google Docs, Ubersuggest, Leads Gorilla Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoom, Skype, Moosend, Manychat, etc.
