I have extensive experience working in both administrative and operational departments, having been promoted for my efficient work and receiving recognition for my contributions, including being chosen Employee of the Year and receiving the Gold 1st Place Medal representing Colombia. Over the past ten years, I provided immediate bilingual assistance to customers worldwide, whether in person, over the phone, through chats, or via email.
