I answer calls mostly for medical clinics, where I help customers by either taking their message or having
nurses call them back for medical advice, depending on what the office's protocol wants me to do with
their callers. I also answer calls from doctors and relay to them information about patients or other doctors
and their symptoms or requests. I also answer calls for other offices, like housing complexes, and
maintenance services like plumbing and electricity. I even answer calls from logistics employees wanting to
call out from work or Krispy Kreme owners with broken machines looking for a technician to repair them. I
answer for a company that rents out houses and businesses. There is also an account where I can create
accounts for clients and add funds to them after getting their credit card details and one where I handle
and submit workers compensation forms. I also make, cancel and reschedule appointments. Im fast and
efficient while offering a calm and helping attitude and manage to answer multiple calls an hour.
