I have a passion for being helpful and assisting those in need. I have developed skills that allow me to be calm and efficient while answering calls, making a connection with the customer and making them feel heard.

I have over 2 years of experience answering live calls for many different fields, the main one being the medical business.

I have experience scheduling or setting appointments, filling and submitting forms, sending email, among other tasks.

I want to continue growing my expertise in this career and acquire new skills and most importantly, continuing to provide a quality service and help people as I find it fulfilling in both my personal and professional life.

I have a bachelors in computer science engineering and I am very tech savy and a fast learner.

When I was younger I used to play waterpolo, play in band my hobbies now are gaming and cars. It's just me and my girlfriend and I have a goal and ambition to build a better life and future for us.
