In October 2015. at the invitation of the company Centrice Real
Estate Gmbh, I took over leadership and management of the
Croatian branch of company – Centrice Management Zagreb
Ltd, to work as the company Managing Director.
Position summary: Oversees and directs property management
activities related to organization’s portfolio. Supervises and
directs activities of property management staff. The position is
responsible for the overall successful operations of properties
and works to ensure the department operations meet or surpass
industry standards.

In August 2012. at the invitation of the company CC Real, I
took over leadership and management of the newly opened
shopping mall in the eastern part of Zagreb, City Center One
East, to work as the center director. The position is responsible
for the overall successful operations of shopping center.

AREA MANAGER
In December 2010. at the invitation of Konzum I changed my
job and joined them at the position of Area Manager.
Obligations, duties and the power of the Area Managers in
Konzum are identical of those of Regional Directors includes
leading and managing 15-20 sales units and sales management
of all processes in the region.

REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Since 2008. I’ve been employed in Mercator-H to the position
of Regional Director of Sales. Obligations, duties and the power
of the Regional Director in Mercator-H are higher, and so the
responsibility of Regional Directors includes leading and
managing 20 sales units and sales management of all processes
in the region. From the beginning of 2009. I've managed the
largest region within the Mercator-H, region I. city of Zagreb,
Samobor and Zaprešić, where beside 15 Mercator business
units, 4 more Getro business centre were included and 2
business units of Mercator technology, with more than 900
employees.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
In 2007. I changed my job and joined Lidl Croatia at the
position of Regional Head of Sales, whose task was the conduct
and management of 5-7 operating units in the region. The job
description included more: business units equipping,
employment and staff office and manager education and all
activities related to business units and retail sales in the region.
