I worked as a sales representative in the company Carlsberg Croatia leading the sales area of ​​the HORECA channel as well as the retail channel working with all reputable retail chains (Konzum, KTC, Mercator, Billa, etc.). In retail companies Lidl and Konzum I worked as a regional sales manager where I managed a sales area that includes approximately 20-30 sales units with 200-300 employees, while in Mercator Croatia I worked as a Regional Sales Director managing the two largest retail areas, with 50 retail and wholesale units, more than 900 employees and a turnover of 250 MEUR. I also managed the City Center one East shopping center, one of the most modern and largest shopping centers in Croatia, with more than 50,000 NLA sqm, 130 tenants and a turnover of 100 MEUR. Finally, I led the real estate company Centrice Real Estate Group Vienna (part of the Lone Star Group), on the Croatian market as Managing Director, where we reorganized and revitalized all companies and properties owned by the group, increasing the overall occupancy ratio by acquiring a large number of new and renowned tenants. (eg IBM, IN2, Electrolux, Tele2, CBS International, Pfizer, Addiko Bank, Podravka and many others), raising real estate values ​​and ultimately securing a multiple return on investment to owners by successfull selling the entire portfolio.
