At this moment, with three years in the IT industry, I am facing a lot of opportunities, like managing a large team of field service engineers working on a highly important project providing services to the management and employees of big and significant worldwide companies. Also, I am in charge to deliver and handle big IT roll-out projects, meeting the service level agreements, and ensuring all open requests are handled in the preferred service delivery time.
