I’m a customer service professional with over seven years of experience working with international brands, handling a wide variety of clients from all around the world. During this time, I’ve learned how to manage challenging situations calmly and efficiently, always focusing on finding practical solutions and keeping the client satisfied.

I’m fluent in both Spanish and English, which has allowed me to help customers from different backgrounds and make sure they feel understood and supported. I’ve worked remotely for years, using ticket systems, emails, and phone calls to solve problems, and I’m familiar with platforms like Zendesk, HubSpot, Shopify, and other tools that make managing customer requests easier.

One thing I’ve learned is that every client is unique, so I focus on listening carefully and adapting my approach depending on the situation. I’m organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once without losing track of priorities. Meeting deadlines and keeping communication clear are really important to me, whether I’m working independently or as part of a team.
