Being a member of a newly established, fast growing JV, I had an opportunity to take on a big range of roles, among which was managing, organization and follow up on the the insurance system. Providing supervision to team of administrative support staff, prioritizing and allocation of workload, ensuring achievement and quality of work produced, and minimizing risk of financial loss was some of my responsibilities.

Being involved in a top to bottom implementation of claiming process I gained a valuable organizational experience by involving different levels of the company hierarchy to achieve maximum functionality in the matters of insurance coverage and refunding. Following to process implementation, I was charged with creating official insurance procedures and involved in redefining 2017 policies.

Two years of handling insurance of company assets enabled me to develop time management, organizational, negotiation and communication skills.

Strong desire to be involved in new projects where a work drive, operational skills and practical solutions are an asset and where I can contribute the most with innovative way of thinking gained in various systems.
