My name is Blessing Edebor, I live in Abuja Nigeria. I am an administrative officer, virtual assistant and a customer care representative. In the last eight years I have worked with the public complaints commission also known as the Nigerian ombudsman as an administrative officer and a customer care representative. During this time, I have collected and collated complainants complaints, contacting interested parties by giving them feedback on case progress, resolved customer complaints effectively, developed strong customer relationships and loyalty through effective communication, responded to telephone inquiries and complaints following standard operating procedures, performed data entry tasks accurately and in timely manner, made up to date reports to my supervisors and done follow up after case conferences to ensure that agreements are upheld, organized meetings, taken down minutes, sent out internal memos, as well as procured office equipment. In the last year, I have worked as a virtual assistant, managed appointments and calendars, booked online meetings, organized and maintained clients email, researched topics, planned trips and itinerary, given up to date reports to client, worked on presentations and data entry.
I am an excellent communicator as I have over the years in the course of my job picked up and perfected the skill, I am also emotionally intelligent, highly analytic and empathetic , I can multitask and work with most google office tools, I have both soft and technical skill that makes me an excellent fit for these jobs.
