My name is Judith Femat,I am 33 years old.

I like to travel and spend time with my kids.I am really engaged with my work.

I have work as Customer Service agent as well Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Cordinator

I would monitor agents calls and qualify based on clients requirements.I would provide weekly feedback to agents and well work with operations to achive clients goals.

I have work as Property Cordinator. My resposibilities were to receive work orders that required any type of work done at a rental property.I would hire the tec. to fix the issue and cordinate with tenants to get issue fixed.This would be from something simple as a leak in faucet untill big things like change a roof or remove a tree.

My last job was for a well known law firm in USA .My position was Social Security consultant.

I would receive inbound calls from people that needed help on this process. I would go through the process of consultation to see if they apply based on internal criteria.
