I’m a versatile IT professional with over 7 years of hands-on experience in system and network administration, technical support, and bilingual customer service.
Currently, I work as a Customer Service Advisor at Modsquad, providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support in English and French through messaging and email. I help customers to solve subscription, payment, and technical issues, ensuring an excellent user experience across multiple channels.
In parallel, I am a System Administrator at ESSIDI SARL, where I manage servers (VMware, cPanel, Plesk, etc.), network operations, website updates, and user training.
My background also includes working as a Network & Systems Administrator at AVS Telecoms and as an IT Assistant at the International Organization of La Francophonie in Morocco.
