One of my most recent and notable achievements was as the Operations Success Manager for a Pandemic Response company. In this role, I led our efforts in combating COVID-19 by providing the community with affordable and easily accessible testing services. I directed operations across more than 150 test sites, overseeing a team of 17 Virtual Assistants.

The Operations Success team adeptly handled all employee concerns and patient inquiries through various communication channels, including chat, SMS, email, and phone. Our responsibilities ranged from crafting and managing employee schedules to guiding patients to testing locations.
