I have experience in and I excel in three areas - each area strengthening the others: Project and Program Management; Business Strategy and Sales and Technology Consulting; and People Management.
My work forces me into three different levels of organizations.
I work to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and execution by aligning a business goals with the project scope and their execution. I am the go to guy for providing inputs with my knowledge of the products , market conditions and the competitor knowledge helping in strategizing the new business initiative and process improvements.
I am the single point of contact for the technical teams ( both internal and external) and the internal business teams to identify and develop new products . I provide valuable inputs to the business team for new product ideas or features and also provide solutioning to the clients through my techno functional expertise.
I manage the end to end daily tasks along with my technical , operations and QA teams to align the tasks within the project plan and the priorities set based on the business goals. I believe in running the show from forefront and leading the team by example.
I also work in the field to uncover new, more effective and efficient ways to engage clients and identifying new technologies and codify those practices into operating models that can be repeated and then scaled across the organization.
