I'm a young and motivated individual with over 3 years of experience performing different roles in the customer support area.

My experience has provided me with innumerable skills that helped me reach and even exceed customers' happiness and expectations, especially when it comes to helping them solve their problems.

My first job was as a Customer Support Agent in the Travel Industry, where I worked as a call-center agent, receiving more than 5 calls per hour. After 3 months in the company, I was promoted to the Social Network customer service, where apart from dealing with inbound calls, I was also in charge of the live chat, forums and social networks interactions. During my time in the company, we received an award in recognition for our excellent service and resolution to customers' issues.

The next job I performed was as a Hostess in a quality restaurant, where I was the first and last contact of diners with the establishment, informing them about the menu and paying methods, as well as handling reservations and waiting lists, and making sure all customers were receiving the adequate service. If necessary, I would also act as a staff support in order to guarantee all orders were served as fast as possible, reducing waiting times and service quality.

The latest job I had was as a Waitress at a bar, where I was the only employee in charge of every single duty needed to be done in order to achieve the proper functioning of the place. This definitely improved my ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as being in charge of a whole place at its rush hours required maximum multitasking and time management.
