I am a skilled Business Operations and Strategy Manager and proficient in managing the overall financial, strategic and operational planning of a business. I have a rich experience of partnering and working closely with multiple stakeholders including the CXOs of clients and organisation, business leaders, PMs/SDMs, Finance Controllers, HR, Recruitment, Sales and Marketing. My major experience lies in strategizing and leading cross-functional teams to bring about fundamental change and improvement in strategy, process, and profitability. I am proficient in managing the Operational budget planning, workforce capacity planning, Financial KPI’s (ER, PM, GM) and P&L. I am also skilled in resource management and managing the KPIs including Attrition, Hiring, Utilization, Resource pyramid, Resource deployment, cross-skilling/upskilling and SLAs for resourcing. I have managed large teams and business units having around 6000 members. I have extensive expertise in Client Relationship Management and Governance and have actively engaged with the clients throughout the project lifecycle ensuring project delivery based on SLAs.

My key accomplishments are:

 Offshored critical roles from US/UK/Australia to India leading to cost savings of 6.5M$.

 Spearheaded the India growth strategy by driving the outsourcing initiatives and setting up pilots leading to an increase of 30% in headcount in 6 months.

 Led a transformation program for margin improvement and high customer satisfaction called RISE(Rapid Industrialization for Sustainability and Efficiency) which used the levers including Automation, Offshoring, Productivity, Pyramid correction, Overdue Demand reduction, Subcontract Rationalization, POC improvement leading to a saving of 5.7M€.

 Received Gold Accolade Award from Global Innovation Hub for innovative ideas on “Improving Effectiveness of Time Sheet Entry”.

 Attrition Arrest: Worked with HR to reduce annual attrition from 21% to 18% by using “Internal First Program” and Trainings leading to an impact of 140K€ on Operating Margin.

 Winner of ‘STAR OF THE MONTH’ award for outstanding contribution towards Delivery Excellence at IBM.
