I have worked as an Order Entry Representative in BPO for a Telco company in US for 5 yrs and got promoted as a Quality Assurance for a year. Im currently a Senior Customer Relations Officer in BPO for a Salary Packaging company in Australia.

My 9 yrs experience in BPO have taught me how to quickly learn new systems, tools and processes on a regular basis. This trained me how to become a fast learner. I am also very keen to details as my previous and present work requires 100% accuracy. I am always willing to learn and familiarize myself with the product in order to serve the clients better.
