Good day! I have experience in Customer Service, Collections and Social Media. I have done work as an individual contributor as well as supervisory tasks. I am hardworking, detail-oriented and always willing to learn new things. I love working with people to achieve a goal but I am also able to work without supervision.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and training in Counselling, which makes me understand people better. I think this is one of my strengths. I understand how things and people can be, this is why I can work better and more efficiently.
