Performs shakedown and in-progress inspections. Performs aircraft maintenance release after completion of letter checks. Assigned as Technical Representative during aircraft Delivery and Redelivery. 1999 - 2000 Quality Assurance Specialist - PAL Performs internal audits of Maintenance and Engineering and audits of vendors / service providers. 2000 – 2011Manager – Quality System Standards and Compliance - PAL Prepares the yearly audit plan. Manages and implements the periodic audit / inspection of the Domestic and International line stations maintenance and refuelers. Acts as Technical representative during B737 leasing. 2011 – 2015Assistant Vice President – Quality Sub Department – PAL Manages the implementation and control of the Quality Management System (QMS) in both Operations and Maintenance Disciplines. Ensures implementation of the Quality Assurance Program. Manages and ensures continuous review and improvement of the Quality Management Manual (QMM). Manages the implementation of the IOSA internal audits. 2015 – 2021Assistant Vice President – Quality Assurance Sub Department – PAL Aside from the preceding duties and responsibilities, ensures the implementation of the contracted audit tasks based from the PALexpress and PAL Aviation Training Center audit plans.
