I’ve been working in sales for several years, with most of my experience focused on outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and team leadership. In my previous role as a Manager/Coach, I led and supported a team of sales reps, helping them improve performance, hit targets, and stay consistent in a high-pressure environment.

A big part of my role was coaching, especially on communication, objection handling, and building confidence on calls. I worked closely with team members to refine their approach, whether it was improving their opening lines, handling gatekeepers, or converting conversations into qualified opportunities. At the same time, I remained hands-on with the sales process, managing pipelines, tracking performance, and ensuring targets were met.

I’m very comfortable with outbound sales. I’ve handled high-volume calling, cold outreach, and follow-ups, and I understand how important consistency and resilience are in this kind of role. I know how to build rapport quickly, ask the right questions, and identify real opportunities instead of just going through the motions.

What sets me apart is my balance of leadership and execution. I don’t just understand sales from a management perspective, I’ve done the work myself and continue to do so. I’m results-driven, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve performance, whether through better messaging, smarter targeting, or refining my approach based on real conversations.

Right now, I’m looking for a role where I can focus on delivering results, contribute to a growing team, and continue developing my skills in a performance-driven environment. I’m especially interested in opportunities that value strong outbound experience, consistency, and a proactive mindset.
