I am a professional customer service representative with more than 4 years work experience in the BPO industry. Having worked in an account in the travel and hospitality industry (flights, hotel, car, restaurant, attractions and other services), I was trained with the use of the different airline booking and management systems, hotel lodging systems, and other stuff pertaining to the industry.
