3)Google Docs and Drives, - client is sharing her/his documents and we usually used this for an
easy access to everyone.
4)Dropbox – this is for saving big volume of documents or pictures and other things related to the project, we are saving here, so other online staff can view wherever they are and whenever they need the documents, it can be easily access online.
5)Rapportive – this app is for the verification of emails(usually if you add the correct email
