I am a call center veteran. I have the ability to work fast and provide detailed information. For the last 5 years I am working as a customer service representative here in the Philippines. I can handle different kind of customers specially the irate customers. I am not just a call center veteran. I am a virtual,phone,chat and email customer care representative. I love working with different people. I love brainstorming. Being a Virtual customer agent is not that easy, but for me I was able to proved my self already,enough to proudly say that I am one of the best virtual customer service representative.
