I have been in a call center industry for 7 years and 3 months to be exact. My first company was in Accenture, helping healthcare professionals in United states in completing their profile for credentialing purposes using CRM. I also have experienced in contacting managers of restaurants in Australia to remind them sign or renew their contract in UBER. Last company was a Financial account, we process customers payments for their car loan. I can do inbound, outbound, chat and email. I am also interested being a virtual assistant.
