I’ve been in the BPO industry for over 9 years, handling several accounts as a Customer Service Associate (Telco and Automotive) and Local Resource Planner in Workforce Management. I have a lot of experience in BPO business since it has been around and I am ready to take on possible roles to help myself improve more and gain more experience.
