I have lived and worked in Ireland for three years, doing support at HP and Google and a content based role at Facebook. After returning to Belgium I have worked in technical support for two major Belgian banks and a national newspaper. I am currently employed by 3D-ICT doing technical support for the employees of Vanbreda and Cigna (bank/insurance). Although having found myself in highly technical environments, I care about communication the most. The importance of documentation and communication are often overlooked in companies with technical profiles, and this is something I tend to counter by trying to keep up KB's and analyzing documented issues.
